Yo! Informant Here! A Newbie to Music but I am very Enthusiastic!

I like to learn everything about making songs and making music videos but most importantly, I heard nightmare stories about how musicians get the "writer's blocks" of "musicians' blocks" where musicians spent years writing and rewriting just one song over and over again without completing the first song.

So I like to ask everyone in here how long does the major musicians and singers around the world in USA, Japan and South Korea take to produce a chart-topping song and/or music video?

Also, what are music producers and what are their relationships to musicians, artistes and singers?

Are music producers the same thing as movie producers?

I watched a clip of JYP on youtube a few months ago about him doing stuff in a production studios while other people sing. So is he considered to be a music producer?
