I'm also growing very tired of the endless wave of Sabbath-clone Stoner Rock bands, similar to when I burnt myself out on the thrash revival of the late 2000s. There was a time when I ate it right up, but after beating it to death for a while it has become quite annoying having to sift through literally hundreds of these bands before finding a single band where the tag "Blues Rock" is actually accurate.

I think there's a lot of room for this to be great, but it is seriously bogged down by the slightly heavier than usual blues rock you describe.

It's almost worse with jazz because when you say that you like jazz, people usually think you like some weak ass Kenny G ****. Nah son, the jazz I listen to will make your momma cry.

Well Bob was ****ing amazing on the guitar, Rico was an adequate replacement for Chuck, and Randy was amazing at first but fizzled out about halfway through and became tiresome at points, and that's really unfortunate because Shadowland is basically a Randy showcase. Great visual display and I had a great time, but I wish I had seen them on an earlier tour (like the one that was in walking distance of my house but I was too young for the venue).

Lot of weirdos there too. I saw Marc Maron.
