I find the novelty of the album to be a lot of fun, but the actual music is tedious as all **** once you get over how charmingly odd it is.

If your entire album is screamo music it is probably the worst thing I ever heard.
In all seriousness, my grandfather has a couple Great White albums I attempted to listen to. Needless to say, I turned off music for a while after that headache.
