I hit him hard right between the eyes, and he went down but to my surprise, he come up with a knife and cut off a piece of my ear. Well, I busted a chair right across his teeth and we crashed through the wall and into the street, kickin' and a-gougin' in the mud and the blood and the beer.

Step out the front door like a ghost
Into the fog where no one notices
The contrast of white on white.
And in between the moon and you
The angels get a better view
Of the crumbling difference between wrong and right.

Nice sig PS.

She's hiding out in Lake Louise
Says she's taking a break from my face
I'll run I'll run to Niagara
I'll hide I'll hide in the dark

She wouldn't have me for conversation no more
Her last destination was out of town
These letters from Lake Louise
Sound like damn diaries of a winter freeze

Greatest ever. Out of the top 25 average PPG (points per game) leaders, he's the only defenseman on the list, and he's ranked 4th!!!! Only Gretzkey, Lemieux, and Mike Bossy have higher averages.

Think about that one for a minute.

I have a crush on your skeleton
watch out unsuspecting stranger
you’ll fall off the log
headfirst into dreams
end up screaming
this will comb the wolf
and that will comb the fog
what will peen the rain
what will preen the hog
oh you mean earth
and hell over you
and laugh at your tire tracks
if you get up
skeleton makes good.

Also a class act on and off the ice. I live near where he grew up. If he'd been able to play in the '72 Summit Series, we could have whipped the Russians a lot sooner.

In the rear view mirror is a yellow eyeball
and it looks just like yours
and the wind cries and you lay there like a bed of snow
and headless hunchbacks step over you

"I'm a Grinch with a grin, I will shit on your kids
Get a light, get a grip, get a hold on my dick, bitch
Make a wish"

"What the fuck, this is not what my mother said I'll become
Star-spangled wranglers got my hopes on the run
Getting closer now
Maybe our society supposed to drown
Middle fingers up on the Titanic as it's going down"

"Brave men didn't die face down in the Vietnam muck so I could not style on you
I didn't walk uphill both ways to the booth and back to not wild on you
You think baby Jesus killed Hitler just so I'd whisper?
And you're safe and sound and these crooks tapped your phone to not have a file on you?
What, me worry? Nah, buddy, I've lost before, so what?
You don't get it, I'm dirt, motherfucker, I can't be crushed"

There is unrest in the forest
There is trouble with the trees
For the maples want more sunlight
And the oaks ignore their pleas

The trouble with the maples
And they're quite convinced they're right
They say the oaks are just too lofty
And they grab up all the light

But the oaks can't help their feelings
If they like the way they're made
And they wonder why the maples
Can't be happy in their shade?

There is trouble in the forest
And the creatures all have fled
As the maples scream 'oppression!'
And the oaks, just shake their heads

So the maples formed a union
And demanded equal rights
'The oaks are just too greedy
We will make them give us light'

Now there's no more oak oppression
For they passed a noble law
And the trees are all kept equal
By hatchet, axe, and saw
