The Album Club 2017

Oh, before anyone starts asking "why isn't this on the OP where we can all see it?" two answers: one, there are only so many characters you can get into a post and the OP will be taken up with a list both of the current and recent albums reviewed as well as other stuff such as rules, and two, this is more for my records; a kind of "piece of evidence", if you like, that I can return to when someone says "But I reviewed that album!" If you don't realise you haven't reviewed any album any particular week, that's really more of a "you problem". It's one album every week, not, I would have thought, too hard to keep track of. If anyone is really unsure, you can always PM me or post.

Oh yeah: could Aloysius and Innerspaceboy please suggest an album for round two? If I don't get their (or anyone's) album by the week before it's due, obviously, it'll be skipped, and I don't want to have to do that. Aloysius, you're due week after next, ISB, the week after that. Thanks.

AMENDED Retracting Nils Frahm - Felt. We've already had a minimal ambient album and they tend to be difficult to review in depth given how sparse they are.

Instead, I nominate Underworld - Barbara Barbara, We Face a Shining Future
