Well, in my journal I'm limiting my albums to about 500x500, 600x600 at the most. My bigger concern is with the intro pictures. Yeah, I do preview them before I post them, mainly because I don't want them to take away from the intent of the journal, I want them to add to it, you know? ![]() And Ori, did Jim Morrison actually eat lizards? ![]() |

I use 400 x 400 pixels in my journal cause it's the closest size to an embedded YouTube videos rounded off the the nearest hundred. I think it makes it look more presentable having the album cover jpeg and video close in size. It isn't always easy to find an album that size, most album jpegs are much larger. I try to stick to 400 for conintuity in my journals however on the boards I just use what is available. I haven't set a standard for the band photo below the headers. I try to keep it compatible in length to other standardize things, in most cases somewhere between 250 pixels for avatars and around 400+ for embedded YT videos, lengthwise.

I'm leaving the album club.
I might still listen to an album and chip in here and there, just with no regularity. It's been fun, but I don't think I actually got any new music added to my collection from participating here. Also, honestly, when is the last time I put any effort into an album club review? It's been coming for a while. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |
