Default Can you name this song for me

Okay here is my description of a song that I can't figure out. I know I've heard it but can't find it on pandora or YouTube because I don't know the artist or name of the song (obviously). Anyway here it goes

Indie Club Dance is the genre I think. If that's a genre

Tempo starts slower but picks up during chorus.

Singer is a female with a higher quirky voice. Reminded me of Tommy Pickles from the Rug Rats. Possibly British.

Here chants of "Woa/oah. Wo/oh. Oh. ohhh.
Notes are high/low high/low lower lowest
Length value eighth/whole, eighth eighth whole whole

Fast lick of words following by a band singing "HEY!"

That's my best decription for now.

Help me out??

OT: Do you remember when you first heard it? It might help to know approximately when the song was released.
