Slipknot definitely because of that one Bungle album they made.

Isis though? I mean, I get that Celestial is amazing, but Oceanic is just so good on every level.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

My three favorite bands, Slipknot, Tool, and Nirvana. And I know some people consider Bleach to be the second album cause it wasn't released internationally til after Nevermind, but it was released by Sub Pop when they were still considered indy first. Bleach is the first album. Nevermind is their international debut.

Godsmack, Helmet, Brant Bjork, and more to come when I think of them.

Tool??

But, why? I'm not going to doubt that their debut is a decent release, but it's certainly my least favorite out of their catalogue. Not even Ænima or Lateralus you think topped it?
