The answer is always ICP unless the question is "Who sucks more: ICP or The Batlord?" in which the correct answer is "Yes".

Ol’ Qwerty Bastard 11-04-2016 12:10 PM

Manowar rule?

Frownland 11-04-2016 12:12 PM

I understand the charm you see in Manowar even though I don't agree with it. Your love for ICP is simply delusional.

The Batlord 11-04-2016 12:12 PM

Nice to see fellow Manowar fans.

Thelonious Monkey 11-04-2016 12:20 PM

Neither of them suck.

The Batlord 11-04-2016 12:24 PM

Indeed. I have refrained from voting cause I love them both so much, but I'm curious about everyone else. They're the each other of their respective genres and it's long past time they were put into a Juggalo Championship Wrestling ring.

An actual thing BTW.

Mondo Bungle 11-04-2016 12:28 PM

The charm I see in Manowar is blusteringly shredding musicianship, amazingly grand and well constructed songs, and the largest sense of epicness ever

Ol’ Qwerty Bastard 11-04-2016 12:29 PM

Frownland 11-04-2016 12:30 PM

More like musicianshit amiright

Mondo Bungle 11-04-2016 12:31 PM

Not really

The Batlord 11-04-2016 12:35 PM

Violent J & Joey DeMaio collab album > anything Frown has ever or will ever record

Mondo Bungle 11-04-2016 12:36 PM

See now that sounds bad

Listen to Virgin Steele or Manilla Road.

Nothing against either band, but...

Manowar > both bands combined

Mondo Bungle 11-04-2016 12:42 PM

Manowar have more replay quality for sure

Virgin Steele's discography is a bit hit or miss, but their epic metal operas are def rad.

Mamilla Road doesn't have the energy I like

I actually own the game they made for this. It came with a DVD that was just awesome.

The Batlord 11-04-2016 12:47 PM

Omg there's a game. And was the DVD the one where they fake announce a Japanese wrestling match with Mick Foley?

Yeah. There's two games. Though I only played the first one http://www.freecovers.net/preview/0/...9c5d58/big.jpg

The DVD wasnt what you describe. The first match was a pretty awesome high flying match and the second one was an hardcore wrestling match along the lines of my avatar.

Ol’ Qwerty Bastard 11-04-2016 12:54 PM

DUDE I so remember those games. That was my introduction to MDOG2020 or whatever the **** his name is.

Nope.

The Batlord 11-04-2016 12:56 PM

But how could people not dig a group with lyrics like this?

They were so awesome. Though I can't remember for the life of me the name of the wrestlers anymore. It was my introduction to the concept of backyard wrestling. And the start of me watching some of the most extreme wrestling that I would love.

Carpe Mortem 11-04-2016 01:02 PM

Both are good, neither are great, and neither deserve the title of sucking.

Key 11-04-2016 01:04 PM

I've gone on record of saying I like the ICP tracks Bat plays in plug so I'm kind of screwed if I say otherwise.

However, Manowar hasn't won me over and never will. So...Manowar.

Mondo Bungle 11-04-2016 01:08 PM

Manowar made one of the greatest black metal songs of all time right here.

that track is just so fire, too bad for anyone who doesn't understand

Definition of epicness!

Mondo Bungle 11-04-2016 01:58 PM

maybe if that were these

their best song, just period

The Batlord 11-04-2016 02:04 PM

Love some Virgin Steele, but...

I don't remember what ICP sound like, but generally ****ty hip-hop is easier to ignore than ****ty metal, so Manowar it is.

One of, if not the only hip hop songs I can quote from beginning to end.

Blue Hawk 11-05-2016 12:46 AM

Man, this is 1983.

Lucem Ferre 11-05-2016 01:09 AM

I think I'm obligated to say Manowar is worse, right?

I can't vote because there is no NOTA.

Plus, ICP technically inspired me to start making music in the first place regardless of how much influence they have on me now. But to be honest, if it wasn't ICP it woulda been Eminem. Music in my bones, son.

This sounds especially antagonistic with your wrestling avatar.

Mondo Bungle 11-07-2016 05:04 PM

And I don't wrestle, I'll knock you ****in ***gots the **** out
Ask 'em about the club they was at when they snuck out
after they ducked out the back when they saw us and bugged out
Ducked down and got paintballs shot at they truck, blaow!
Look at y'all runnin your mouth again
when you ain't seen a ****in Mile Road, South of 10
And I don't need help, from D-12, to beat up two females
in make-up, who may try to scratch me with Lee Nails
"Slim Anus," you damn right, Slim Anus
I don't get ****ed in mine like you two little flaming ***gots!

The Batlord 11-07-2016 05:08 PM

Are you trying to take ICP lyrics seriously? They have a song about a kid bringing evil toys to school to kill his classmates. They made a tongue-in-cheek blaxploitation movie with a rhyming protagonist.

And to be fair they're probably about as homophobic as any other 90s rappers. It was a crapshoot.
