Venues where you have seen concerts
I'm looking for places where you've seen "professional " gigs for which at least some attempt at advertising was made, leaving out such things as local bands playing at someone's loft/basement/house/etc. for free. Also, I've left out places where I've seen only local/regional bands, but if others want to include them, that's cool:

Over 300 views on this thread I started and I'm the first one to post a reply? In any event, I added the following venue, where I saw a show this past Friday night, to my initial post:
Historic Herzog Studio, Cincinnati, Ohio |

I've probably forgotten the names of as many as I might be able to remember. Maybe I'll come back here later, when I have more time, and see how many come to mind.

Alright, here's my list. This is only venues that I specifically paid to go see at least one show at, it doesn't include free outdoor concerts, bars with free live music, or places I wandered in and paid a cover on a whim. It's also missing some places I can't remember the names of, particularly in Chicago. It's also probably missing some I'm just forgetting about.

Amazing venue. Saw McLaughlin, DeLucia, & Dimeola there from 6 rows back on the floor.
