Looking for some help with a chord
 

I have a chord progression : it starts with the notes "D#-F-A-C", follows with E major and ends with A major. Does anyone know the name of the first chord?

I have already considered F/D#, but I'm looking for a chord with no altered bass, a D#(something) chord.
