Songs That go From Minor to Major Key Signatures

I am looking for songs that go from extremely sad, or possibly even spooky to songs that have a dramatic mood shift in them. Preferably I am looking for soundtrack/classical music not music from rock bands or anything like that. Here are some examples as to what I am referring to:

Requiem: Aeternam by John Rutter at about 1:50 into the piece.

This type of music is just so inspiring to listen to.
