I don't really sweat when I lose some interest in listening to music. I usually just use the time to focus on other interests in the meantime, then I remember some really cool tune that I heard probably a week ago or maybe I'll see someone share a really good song that I check out and love, and that gets me back into the swing of things. Or another instance, Sometimes I'll be listening to a lot of stuff from the same genre, and have trouble finding where my mood shifts to when I don't really feel like listening to that genre anymore.

Occasionally I'll have periods where I'm just listening to standup comedy and random shuffling instead. Rediscovering an old gem via the shuffle brings me back to album worship.

When I'm really hung over I don't listen to anything and wish everyone would just shut the fuck up. Other than that, it's business as usual. I'm always inspired by something.

It happens to me every once in a while. It starts with not being able to figure out what I'm in the mood for...eventually I realize I'm not in the mood for anything. I still need music in the background for work or exercise, so I usually find a playlist or streaming radio station with generic electronic music. Eventually, I figure out what I'm in the mood for and I can jump right back into it.

Never happens to me, I'm always worshipping the album. Maybe I'm a bigger fan of music than all of you combined. I'm sure that's it.

He's hardly ever in there and thankfully mostly plays other people's music, so have no fear.

About year ago I started to listen music again. My gap was about 5-7 month, I didn't listen music, watch TV shows, read news, sleep, even food lost taste. Now I think it was deep depression. Jesus, now I`m feeling much better.
