I'm pretty sure that the ambient round will be as indecisive as the freak folk one.

You were the one who posed the idea in the first place. Plus, ambient is a hell of a lot bigger than freak folk. Includijng ambient techno, we have Brian Eno, Steve Roach, Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin, Akira Yamaoka, Stars of the Limited, Popol Vuh, Max Ritcher, Tim Hecker, Ulver, Darkspace, Michael Andrews, Autechre, TThe Future Sound of London, Tangerine Dream, and Gas.

Exactly. I'm pretty sure that the only consistent vote will be Brian Eno and everyone else is going to be including different artists. None of the ones I would put up are on that list (besides for Eno).

There are millions of ambient artists and there are not enough that stick out for a big four in my opinion.

I'd put The Caretaker, William Basinski, and Klaus Schulze.

Wouldn't that mean it is pretty big? Plus, I see Steve Roach on ambient lists just as much as Eno, if not more.

Assuming your discussing what to do next, let's do rap rock.

No ****, Sherlock. That's exactly point: it's so big that the "big four" is just going to consist of a few artists that were agreed on by two people like in the failure of the freak folk round (yes I'm aware that I recommended it). That's more of a small four imo.

It's IS just a game. I'd like to choose a bigger genre after delta blues since I don't know much about whether or not delta blues will be that big here.

Actually, rap rock will be an option after an ambient or electronic genre which I'd really like to handle after delta blues. If not ambient, how something like trip hop, techno, synth pop, IDM, downtempo...

Delta Blues has a much greater chance of having consistent votes than ambient since there are more significant key figures to the genre.
