Hey maybe if we get all of our votes in real quick we can get this waste of a battle over with. I'm gonna go with my childhood favourites since I grew up on this stupid shit (thanks dad).

Mushroomhead
Sepultura
40 Below Summer
Motograter

That';s not it. It's just that I never expected them to stoop so low into nu metal territory. I mean, did you know Korn recently release a brostep album?

Deftones
System of a Down
Linkin Park
Slipknot

I still don't really consider Deftones or System to be nu-metal but they definitely have had some influence on the development of the genre, and if I didn't include them I wouldn't be able to come up with a full list so...

I can't believe I'm suggesting this, but maybe we should taker a little time to play some before we make a list.

I spent most of my childhood doing that, I'm good.

I'm putting together a to-do list of nu-metal bands. No Slipknot because I don't like Slipknot. Here's a start.

Korn
7paca
Sepultura
Velcra
Sevendust
2tm2,3
Linkin Park
Static-X
Mushroomhead
Nothing Face
Digital Summer

Personally, I really don't want Slipknot to win. But if it's voted most, I can't stop that. Still, I think a lot of these bands (I'm only familiar with little bits of some of them) are still way better than Slipknot. Even Linkin Park.

System of a Down
Deftones
Linkin Park
Korn

E-Z. By the way, I'm not taking this seriously enough that I'm going to go and listen to a bunch of bands. I'm voting based on the bands that I know and that are good enough for me to put them on a podium.

SUGGEST ME AN ALBUM - I'm probably not going to listen to it but I will if you bother me enough.
