My point is more based on the fact that nea acknowledged the comment rather than let it slide. Effectively turning a convo about racism in the genre of Krautrock into a discussion on how much of an asshole you are.

I'm not gonna blame a guy for responding to a belligerent comment. But his personal approach to criticism (even that kind of "criticism") is certainly part of what makes him a ****.

Actually no. I wouldn't have even known he was in plug if someone hadn't pointed it out. He literally joined, said nothing to anybody, bumped me from the queue, and then left, all in the course of about 10 seconds.
