Read the OP

Also when someone uses the term Big Four. It usually refers to the most influential to the genre.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Wow! Thanks

Squirrel Bait only release one album and a ep....both a staples. Kid Dynamite named themselves after one of their songs....getting into them will also open you to two amazing noise/experimental bands called Bastro and Gastr del Sol

Unwound has a pretty solid discography but i think Fake Train, Repetition and Leaves Turn Inside You are by far their stand out albums

Lungfish has a huge discography and are probably criminally underrated...check out Talking Songs for Walking, Feral Hymns, and The Unanimous Hour

enjoy again thanks for the compliment!

My computer's very slow today, especially with RYM. So I can't find anything about Nails or Bleeding Through being post-hardocre. I'm getting hardcore and grindcore, not the same thing or a subgenre. So I'm gonna need you to provide the source since my computer's a little wonky today.

Remember, music-specified websites (not wikis or user lists) are eligible sources. Bandcamp doesn't count either.

I've explained why. The genre systems they use are generally very free and often wrong. I remember The Idler Wheel being called piano ropck and Loveless being "avant-rock."

Yeah but in regards to the more well known genres like rock and metal, it's pretty spot on. I use wiki for my lists.

Wiki should be allowed.
