I'm just making sure you won't complain none of your votes won. Because once you did that and thought I didn't count your vote at all.

I like Wu Tang Clan but not as much as the other artists I listed.

I was curious if you counted them, but other than that, no complaints I can remember. I mean I struggled with Nu Metal and Black Metal, but I don't think I protested them not getting in. I would understand cause that is unfamiliar music territory. Somewhere in the thread I thought you said my nominations don't rate which sorta came off as they're not important. I might had thought that was kinda harsh.

In fact I don't mind at all if they don't make top four. As far as I know the only band I know that had gotten into the top four was Minor Threat. The less bands I vote for make it the more it proves I have underground taste relative to this site. I'm not in it to win it. I'm here to nominate artist I like.

Has anyone had a Superfecta with their nominations and won something? I mean I don't know. I'm just curious. What's more important to me is to nominate a really good artist that no one else does. I find that more rewarding.

If Snoop Dogg counts as "golden age," that changes the whole thing. Snoop Dogg only released one album prior to 1996.

He had a debut album that went to number one on the Billboard 200 chart.

Doggystyle debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, and sold 806,858 copies in its first week alone, which was the record for a debuting artist and the fastest-selling hip hop album ever until Eminem's The Marshall Mathers LP in 2000.

What does that have to do with anything, though? 90-something percent of his career is post "golden-age."

He was not only active but popular during the golden age of hip hop.
