I was almost tempted to make 2 Live Crew one of my four.

Kind of disappointed A Tribe Called Quest is getting so many votes. I never liked them. For one, Q-Tip's voice always annoyed me. He's like the Axl Rose of hip-hop for me.

You think of Beastie Boys as a rock/rap band??? Have you only heard their first album or something?

Beastie Boys were one of my choices, and they're easily my favorite hip-hop artist.
