I think I know who I'll say. But the only thing I'll say that I know for a fact is, well, i made a rating thread about them recently.

I think we can handle a rock or metal one after we do an electronic one. We do need to get to more rock. Actually, why not synthpop? We need to do a pop one at some point, so why not synth pop?

How about:

Trip Hop -> Stoner Rock/Metal -> Synthpop

I think that'd be good.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

How about no electronic genres because Qwertyy doesn't know/care enough about them to have a Big Four.

I like the order of the first two. I don't like having two genres in the same basic spectrum so close, but I guess I need to be a little less restrictive. So if everyone else if up for this, let's do it. If we are, surprisingly, we'll have already planned out the three weeks after golden age hip hop.

EDIT: Qwertyy. Electronic music isn't happy you don't care about it. Now it wants to pimp slap you.

I'd be down for a glitch round.

Glitch. I know next to squat about glitch, so I'm not opposed to that. All I really know is Oval.

Well, like, I know a few artists that I really enjoy (Aphex Twin, Oneohtrix Point Never, and 2814 for example) I just don't know enough about any genre under the electronic umbrella to really have a Big Four, so therefore **** all the subgenres.

Think of this as a chancer to grow musically in the electronic genre. Like me with delta blues. I've already gotten through nine albums in the scene. If we end up doing glitch, I'll be looking forward to it. But I'm also looking forward to trip hop as it'll give me an excuse to edit my music schedule to finally play Portishead's second and Tricky. Golden Age Hip Hop will finally give me the motivation to play more hip hop, as I've heard only 40 albums on estimate. Think of the electronic round as a mo0tivator for you to get into whatever genre we decide.

Listening to John Lee Hooker. Damn. Is there anyone who sounds more true to the blues than him?
