But you can't disqualify them cause you already let the proverbial camel's nose into the tent when you said nothing earlier. You already let people nominate Piedmont Blues and Chicago Blues artists. So I don't see why you want to be a stickler all of a sudden. It's really not fair that you zero in on my nominations and disqualify them and turn a blind eye to all the other in-correctly nominated nominations.

You know nobody gives a **** at the end of the day, right?

If it's allowed, yes. I feel like it's probably against the TOS or whatever here, so I was kind of waiting for Frownland to either give me permission or tell me to go suck a chode.

Could he please suck my chode? It's extremely dry at the moment and I can't afford a shower.

Let's just do it. The mods will shut us down if they don't like it.

No, I didn't. There's a difference between voting for what one thinks is delta blues, and intentionally voting for different artists. I've dhecked all the previous artists on music specific websites such as Allmusic, RYM, Last.fm, Discogs, etc. Elizabeth Cotten was the only one who was not considered delta blues.

You were SPECIFICALLY trying to vote for external artists. You specifically stated that you thought it didn't matter. And do you think I'm on this thread 24/7? I'm busier in the real world now more than ever. I don't "immediately"check every vote once its posted.

Bottom line is I went everywhere to see if the were considered delta blues. I even went back to using Discogs. I've explained that rule to you multiple times. You knew those artists had a good chance of not being eligible, so don't blame me if you're intentionally doing so. Either swap Elizabeth, or your vote isn't counted.

Don't you read your own thread? Mississippi John Hurt and Blind Willie McTell were already voted for. So how can you accuse only me of voting for Piedmont Blues artist in the the Delta Blues round? I thought well if they are voting for Piedmont Blues artist and nothings being said, I might as well throw in a couple of my own.

read 'em and weep

Quote:

Blind Willie McTell (born William Samuel McTier; May 5, 1898 – August 19, 1959) was a Piedmont blues and ragtime singer and guitarist. He played with a fluid, syncopated fingerstyle guitar technique, common among many exponents of Piedmont blues. Unlike his contemporaries, he came to use twelve-string guitars exclusively. McTell was also an adept slide guitarist, unusual among ragtime bluesmen. His vocal style, a smooth and often laid-back tenor, differed greatly from many of the harsher voice types employed by Delta bluesmen, such as Charley Patton. McTell performed in various musical styles, including blues, ragtime, religious music and hokum. Blind Willie McTell
Like I said if you disqualify Elizabeth Cotten you have to disqualify other Piedmont Blues artist that were nominated.
