You just went from ridiculous to uber ridiculous.
The DD3 is still the best digital delay pedal on the planet. I've visited the factory that builds Behringer stuff. God awful. Tolerances of +/- 20% are the norm.

I love the Behringer delay and tube booster more than any overpriced Boss pedal. Boss is still great but Behringer sounds a lot more unique and that is a major plus in my book.
