Yo La Tengo's cover of Sun Ra's Nuclear War uses children chanting profanity and about descriptions of nuclear terror. Like the Sun Ra version it's catchy but I don't think it's meant to be cute. It's versions 2 and 4 iirc.

It can be a song in which the artist sings with a childlike voice.

Here's a remix of Panama's "Always" where they upped the pitch of the vocals causing it to sound like a childs voice:
