After several years of declining revenue, finally a bit of good news, at least in this country:

Yes, yes, I know the artists receive only a tiny amount from Spotify and all that. But read the whole article. Many artists are quite happy with the situation because they regard the exposure as more important than the amount of any royalties.

Another interesting thing to note is that, while CD sales have continued to decrease, the decrease is very small over the last year and it looks like their sales seem to have bottomed (i.e. stabilised).
