Are there digital music stores with detailed release information?
I want to buy an album on itunes, but I'm not sure if it comes from a remastered version or not, and I actually want the original release. Itunes doesn't seem to indicate very clearly which is the release version of the album, so is there any digital music store that provides information to know what release version you’re getting?

Yes, it's a very good website I've found called "stealing music off the internet".

I checked on Amazon. They specifiy the release date, which is the one from the original version, but to me it seems like it's actually a remastered release (because there are two additional tracks), so I don't think that's accurate information...

I have found that spaghetti is actually rather difficult to steal online.
