It's also an easy sell.
Teenagers that have relatively happy upbringings at home and school are going to listen to relatively happy music, and if they haven't had a lot of exposure to music, they will be content with simple beats. People who listen to say Slayer or Skinny Puppy, have had to experience life outside that happy box, thus they are outsiders...in some fashion. |
