this is still in production

also Paul Barker and Chris Connelly are in a new band together called Bells into Machines

on top of a Steve Albini film.....i think a film about Touch and Go Records would be fascinating as well as a film about the music scene in Austin TX in the 80s

I'd love to see an Oasis biopic personally. Interesting characters, great soundtrack and an obvious story arch.

I'd wanna see a movie of a soul singer who's been through a lot to make for good drama. Examples:

Donny Hathaway: paranoid schizophrenic who was bad at taking his medicine and killed himself after basically going crazy.

Curtis Mayfield: A concert set up fall on him, paralyzed from the neck down, continued to make music by singing while laying down in studio. Overall legend with an incredible and extremely influential and innovative career.

Gil Scott-Heron: druggie, incredibly powerful music, you can tell the man must've gone through serious pain.

I'd like to see the story of how Isaac Hayes pretended to know how to play the piano just to get a job and had to teach himself how to play right as he was playing the joint he worked, and how that transitioned into him becoming a songwriter/composer for stax and then eventually a huge star of his own. I think Idris Elba could play him well.

Also I'd love to see a Chuck Berry biopic, just talk about a legendary and extremely influential musician.

Nancy Sinatra - would love to see a film of her life. Such an interesting person, and so good to her fans and the military. Fell in love with her when i was about 13 years old and am still infatuated at 62!
