Accordion-heavy music, please!
 

Lately I've been going through another circus/cabaret phase, and I'm finding myself increasingly seeking accordion-heavy music. Please post some of your favorites for me to explore... They don't need to be circus-themed... not that I would complain if they were :)

I'll kick it off with "Marlene Dietrich" by Vagabond Opera...

You need some Truart in your life. I never realized an accordion could be so imposing until I heard this album:

Also, if you're checking out accordion music, you're probably already familiar with Astor Piazzolla, but just in case you aren't:

Pauline Oliveros made some accordion drone, which is pretty badass imo.


Tom Waits has some great accordion work in his music too, plus I'm guessing that it's more along the lines of what you're looking for.


Tin Hat (Trio) uses accordions occasionally as well

Now that I think about it, I do listen to a lot of accordeon-heavy music.
