I'm in Australia. Most of the time I am the one who can't view stuff that everyone else can.

That's weird, because I just listened to it. I don't have any kind of premium membership.

Just checked now as I type this, and it's still there. Can anyone explain how one user can find something on Spotify, and another can't?

Spotify hates Canadians. Your other one is OK though.

I think Spotify hates vinyl. There were several albums I want to recommend but couldn't find them on Spotify. The same band would have their CD albums upload, but not their albums that were release on vinyl. I could find those same albums on YouTube though. Which is interesting that albums I can on YouTube I can't find on Spotify, & vice a versa.

An online, digital music source doesn't specialize in vinyl. Imagine that.

I find it hard to imagine that Spotify could give a toss about whether the original physical copy of a recording was on CD, vinyl, cassette or wax cylinder. I'd say the fact that Pet_Sounds couldn't find that track I nominated has much more to do with what copyrights are held by what artist/company in what jurisdictions. It's still a mystery to me though why Canada should be singled out for special punishment.

I mean whoever the person is who uploads it to those sites, the odds are it was originally from in a digital format, especially it was from say around the 80s. Now lets say it was from the 70s it kinda mixed cause some are rare albums that been uploaded using a phonograph with a special AD converter and a USB thingamajig, and others are vynil albums that have been reissued on CD. I was looking for a 80s band for Pet Sounds, and I couldn't find it. I figure it was because it was originally released on vinyl and that it may have not been re-released on CD so those kind of albums have no digital copy that exist on Spotify.
