I remember being perplexed by something a Pixie fan said once, which was he didn't like Jimi Hendrix. Wha...? Joey Santiago cites Hendrix as an influence. :confused: Some of my best recommendations come from my favorite guitar players mentioning who influenced them.

Decently diverse, but one could always be more diverse I guess. Then there's how often you listen to what. I span wide, but 80% of the time it's metal, so...
Suzanne Vega to Nile in a second: yes, but most of the time it will be some form of melodic/alternative metal.

I still don't like Hendrix! well.. except for 1983 (a Merman i should turn to be) that song is pretty awesome.
