For Rush I only can think of "Tom Sawyer", and maybe one other eighties song, but I have never heard a Yes song on the radio besides "Owner of a Lonely Heart", and that doesn't even really count, does it?

They play Young Lust quite a bit as well.

SUGGEST ME AN ALBUM - I'm probably not going to listen to it but I will if you bother me enough.

Where do you live? Because where I live, they play Young Lust. Probably one out of every 5 Floyd songs I hear on the radio.

There's also a couple from the MLoR era that play quite a bit, such as "Learning to Fly".

Radio here never plays Floyd, beyond the occasional ABITWP2.
Incidentally, what Yes have you been listening to that you liked? I would have thought they were well outside your wheelhouse. I don't even like them that much. And when did you hear "Supper's ready"?????

The ones I listed are the only non-Tool prog songs that ever get played. Ever. Even on the classic rock station.

I've been making some prog mix CDs for a buddy. That was the only Genesis song I listened to, and while I kinda sorta a little bit liked it, I do not have a burning need to listen to any more. Some Yes stuff from Fragile, The Yes Album, and Close to the Edge has actually been kinda nice, though.

Lark's Tongue in Aspic is actually pretty ****ing sweet, BTW.

Did you listen to some King Crimson? By far the best prog band from the classic era.

Dude, Hawkwind are the best. And yeah, KC are in general better than many of the other bands. Did I not just say Lark's Tongue in Aspic is "pretty ****ing sweet"?

Please don't encourage him. The Batlord doesn't need to know the good stuff. Let's just leave him in the Metal Zone of mediocrity.
