You can vote on any album at any time, up to the point where it achieves a place on the Roll of Honour (no I will not spell it "honor"!), after which no more votes for it count. Albums are given a slot on the Roll of Honour when the Yeses outweigh the Nos by 10 points, ie Yes = 11 No = 1 or whatever.
