I appreciate some of the crust I've heard. I definitely dig the early black metal that derives from crust, and some early grind, but 80s hardcore is still severely hit-or-miss with me. I generally like my crust, just like my normal hardcore, with a heavy dose of metal riffs.

Punk riffs that aren't based in sixties pop/R&B are generally boring to me.
