If the attitude of Terrapin was reflected in or shared by other members, then fine, but why should one person be allowed to just do what they want while the rest follow the format? To be honest, I'm the reverse: I'd rather not have someone like that participating. Like I said, play by the rules or don't play at all.

Edit: Look at it this way. Would Batty allow someone to vote in his Metal Survivor thread who decided they wanted to vote after the deadline set? For all his slagging of me about rules, it's his own rules that allow his thread to thrive and go forward, and you can be sure he wouldn't change them or make an exception for one person. I believe his answer would be something like "If you don't like it, **** off out of my thread."

I spent a lot of time and energy putting this together and trying to make it work, and I'm not about to dismantle it or change it because one newb isn't happy with how it's run.
