Yes it has. The score is shown and also you're shown as Green on both. I yet await Torture Levels from you in order to be able to completely update it.

Never listened to Nitro but I'm aware of them. Motley Crue are on of my all-time favorite bands, though, so if you think you're gonna get me with some glam then you're misguided.

Well. I did it. I just wasted 45 minutes of my life listening to a full Madonna album. Never thought I'd do that.
(too lazy to find album art) Album: Like a Virgin Artist: Madonna Genre: Dance-Pop/Post-Disco (though I can't see most of these tracks being the highlight of the dance floor) Year: 1983 Material Girl: We've all heard this one before, needs no introduction. Very basic, repetitive pop number. Angel: Ugh... that intro was really, really lacking. Very repetitive, though the general atmosphere sounds like something that could easily be made into vaporwave. Like a Virgin: Now there's a decent intro. Not doing too well to keep my attention however. And these lyrics... Also extremely repetitive. Over and Over: Good start, sounds kinda New Order... then it jumps right off into more Go-Gos territory. Some obvious similarities to Material Girl. Love Don't Live Here Anymore: With a title like that, it's bound to be sappy. More of that New Order sound. I have to say, this track isn't awful. The bassline is fun, and the vocals are pretty atmospheric. Melo-dramatic? Yes. But not the worst I've heard of pop. Not too shabby. (after further research, I found that this was a cover of a late 70's soul song. Boo. I thought Madonna was ok for once, then to find it isn't actually her song. Dress You Up: Very disco. Not a fan of this track. The delivery of "from your head down to your toes" makes me cringe. Backing vocals are also very annoying. Shoo Bee Doo: A very melo-dramatic piano ballad. Yay. Oh, a drum track kicked in. Now a bassline. I must say, I'm really tempted to skip this one. At 5:17, it's tha albums longest track too. Ooh, now a saxaphone. It doesn't get better than this. Very repetitive near the end. Pretender: Cool intro. I feel like I've heard this song a million times. Must have been a product of a How to Write a Hit Single book. This track will not end. Stay: The archetypal New Wave Pop song. Nothing holding this track up on it's own. Overall Rating: 3/10 (was 4 until I found out Love Don't Live Here was a cover) |

After two Yellow Alerts being sent to those concerned, any albums that were long due and have not yet been reviewed have, after many chances and attempts to get these people off their arses, been marked as failures. Therefore we finally have our first scores of 100 for the challenger. Torture Level has also assumed to be 100%. Sorry for you guys but I'm sick of sending reminders.
The following are involved: The Batlord, Violet, Oriphiel/Suzy Creamcheese/Whatever the **** he ends up calling himself, and Ninetales. Any who then have another album due have been marked as having to have that one reviewed seven days from now. Anyone who is now bored and wishes to withdraw entirely from this thread can let me know, if not then please try to get your next album in on time. Sorry but I couldn't just let this drag on, and nobody seemed likely to even attempt the album they were assigned, other than Batty, who only half-completed his and never looked like he was going to complete it. I need to keep this thing moving for those who are still interested.

How are we keeping it from moving if we're the ones reviewing? It's not like anyone has to wait for us to review our albums.
