Seriously though, Lulu's a pretty interesting album in some ways. It's just that it's also really terrible.

I just heard the new Metallica single. And while I'm not excited, my curiosity is much more then before. It wasn't the best song ever, but it's not bad. The guitar solo felt out of place. Like it was too 80's for the song. If that makes any sense.

I'm actually surprised that I kind of like the single. It's certainly not bad.

I like that it doesn't sound like it was recorded on a potato. Still, as someone who loves the bass guitar (don't play it, just love it), it frustrates me that Trujillo continues to be so hidden in the background he might as well not be there. The song is allright. I like that it's not 5 minutes too long for a change.
