Since we're over half way through the calendar year, I figured now would be as good of a time as any to discuss the best albums of the first half of 2015.
I put a list together of my top ten so far this year, and at the moment they are: Florence + The Machine - How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful Jamie xx - In Colour Father John Misty - I Love You, Honeybear Elvis Depressedly - New Alhambra Jme - Integrity> High On Fire - Luminiferous Vince Staples - Summertime ‘06 Death Grips - The Powers That B Kendrick Lamar - TPAB Sufjan Stevens - Carrie & Lowell What are some of yours? Some how that album completely slipped my mind, really great project.
One of the strongest rap albums of the year for sure, I think it was slept on a little bit because of it being released so close to TPAB. |
