"Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)" > "A Day in the Life" - The Beatles
"Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" > "With a Little Help from My Friends" - The Beatles
"Long Distance Runaround" > "The Fish (Schindleria Praematurus)" - Yes
"Black Mountain Side" > "Communication Breakdown" - Led Zeppelin
"Brain Damage" > "Eclipse" - Pink Floyd

All of the classic rock stations in the New England area used to follow pretty much the same format and play the same songs and combinations/segues. Those were just the ones that I thought of at the moment (besides the three you mentioned) but there are lots of others.

WBCN (Boston, MA), WAAF (Worcester, MA), WZLX (Boston, MA), WBLM (Portland, ME), WGIR-FM (Manchester, NH) and probably a few more I'm forgetting at the moment.

I haven't listened to any of those stations in years, though. WBCN no longer broadcasts on FM radio and WAAF has switched its format so many times, I don't know what they play these days. I think the others are still classic rock stations and I'd be willing to bet they still play those combination/segues.
