The David Watts cover is great, they do the song justice.
I don't think I can think of a Jam song I dislike actually. Aside from the fact that Going Underground got unfortunately ruined by all the idiots around me playing that "London Underground" version pisstake of it, 24/7.

Indie is as good a place as any.
Not punk, as they never really were, despite arriving at the same time (late 70's) and being liked by punks at the time.
Truth is, no-one knew what to make of them.
Dressed as mods, influenced by the Who and 60's R&B, but with a new wave attitude.
More like an 80's Kinks and a modern day Arctic Monkey's.

the jam are one of my favourite bands too

my mates dad also used to be in them before they got signed (interesting fact)

yeh all mod cons is awesum, thats THE jam album
