Default Shoot, it's been a year. How's your music taste changed since?

Yeah, it's been a year since I've signed up so it's a good time to reflect back on what has influenced me over that course.

As far as it goes for me. Nothing too out of the ordinary. There's nothing I listen to now that'd catch the 2014 version of me off guard.
Basically, I've expanded on what I already listen to with a few musical tangents but relatively the same within the rock and metal category. I did catch myself liking a few ambient soundtracks that gave me a pleasant calm feeling which I'm not used to, but nicely contrasts with what I usually listen to. I have a feeling I might want to start chasing that on this second half of 2015.

This is better than anything you've been listening to. Straight up.

STFU about Kesha Batty: no-one cares about your new pop obsesssion!

I would have to say that, due to the usage of the "Love or Hate?" thread, I have listened to artistes and genres I would never have expected to, so from that point of view my musical tastes, or at least what I can now appreciate, have been very much widened. Witness my sudden interest in Frank Ocean, Woodkid, Camera Obscura and Chromatics, none of whom I knew anything about a few weeks ago.

How can you know you don't care if you've never even listened to her. Sounds like the old TH to me.

He never went away. If you check the back garden, just down there by the rose bush, where it's starting to smell a little, well, I'm not saying you'll find a dead body, but you'll find a dead body...

also, I don't care because you're boring me by constantly pushing her. I coulkd check her out but you'd just invalidate my opinion by saying "what the **** did you expect man? It's pop music!" So I won't. But it's getting tiresome seeing you bringing her into every argument and thread nearly.

There was this one Simpsons episode where a Kesha song played instead of the usual intro.
I literally almost threw up. I'm mostly apathetic to even the worst pop, but this was just...felt like sticking my ear up a dead hooker's diseased asshole.

You mean this?

I didn't even know it existed till now. First time The Simpsons have been watchable in years.

That's what's so great about her. Her music is complete and utter trash. A goofy white chick fake rapping in auto-tune about getting drunk and going to clubs? I don't know why it took so long for someone to do it in the first place.

Well, we can at least agree on the Simpsons having been terrible for quite some time now.
As for Kesha, I guess I'm just to mother****in' classy for that ****.
