I was keeping it vague for the opportunity. Overall, just want to see what they come up with. The connection was an extreme hatred for Noise music, and didnt on the off chance, want that to be lumped in like has happened with me before. Besides that, I am relatively open.

Are you calling extreme metal "noise music" here?
I can't imagine anyone lumping those two together otherwise, since Noise is a completely different genre.

No. I am a fan of extreme metal in some cases. I am talking japanese noise music and other things like that, id share some if it werent the most terrible sounds I've ever heard be called music haha

I love noise, so don't put it down.
Still puzzled why anyone would mix up noise and metal, but I guess we'll never know what those people where thinking.

One-dimensional casual listeners who claim music they hate for various reasons is "just a bunch of noise". Most aren't aware that noise is or was ever a legitimate genre of music.

I wonder if you could recommend me an album without me mentioning who or what. I'm just curious if you know where my taste lie - from the stuff I would play in plug/dub. I usually use Spotify or YouTube.
