I've only heard the three bands I mentioned and nothing else so you're set for my rec, Goofle.

This was problematic for me because (and I assume the same goes for yourself) finding bands that fuse metal with free jazz is quite hard. But I think I have found an album that might at least tickle your fancy and covers the ground reasonably well, though it's lacking clear Metal influences:

Bondage Fruit - Bondage Fruit (1994)

And for you:

Pandora with a human touch. I like it. How about something along the lines of Clutch?

I've listened to some Bondage Fruit, but I'm not very familiar with that album. I'll give it a listen and review it unless you can think of a group that's new to me, either way is cool.

This isn't exactly similar to Clutch (the albums I have heard anyway) but it does bring the Heavy Rock and Stoner elements.

Black Rainbows - Supermothafuzzalicious!! (2011)

I looked through your last.fm to check as well! I really can't find much else that has a true metal influence regardless.

Cool. First track, Alice Cooper meets Cheech and Chong, second track, Rat Bat Blue...

I'll have a full review later on. Thanks!

Can't you just recommend something that you found incredibly unique, that's relatively new?

Like I really really really don't want to sit here and list 100 of my favorite albums.

I think you know enough about my music tastes to be able to give me something I probably haven't heard. You know I'm a huge fan of The Knife, Bjork, Holly Herndon, iamamiwhoami, etc.

It's cool, like I said I'm not very familiar with the record.

Since you have a few artists in there with quirky off-beat Pop tendencies, as well as some electronics, and asked for a recent album - I shall choose this:

Clarence Clarity - No Now (2015)
