Batty, I'm throwing another double at ya!

Although this is about as far removed from avant-garde as to be almost the opposite, I'm taking the spirit of your thread to mean also pretentious, boring, flat stuff that you would never listen to in a million years off your own, um, bat, and while you might end up liking this I have a feeling it may fit the bill.
