Cmon, the drums on The Bargain alone make that a classic. Our band does Baba live and the place always erupts, young and old, not just the dads. People know every word to behind blue eyes. That era of the he Who as a live band was hard to touch. Don't fear the classic rock. It's often classic for a reason.

And for some reason this album just popped into my head.

Classic for a reason I can't understand. The fact that The Who was capable of making something as phenomenal as Tommy or Quadrophenia only takes more points off of this mediocre album.

And I know all the lyrics to Van Halen's Jump, but that song still sucks too .

Well you got me on that one. But I saw the Smithereens cover that song a few years ago (free show) and was surprised at all the people enthusiastically singing along. The album is 40+ years old. I know popularity is not an indication of greatness but something in these songs still resonate with many, many people.
