I'm not a big fan of the Who, but I can't deny their impact. And it has "baba O'Reilly" and "Won't get fooled again", so yeah, a definite thumbs up from me.

The only track that should be considered classic is Won't Get Fooled Again. The rest of the album is waaay too mediocre for me to vote yes. So make that a no.
