See where it goes. Dark, very bassy opening, with a guitar coming in now, very nice. Rap is literally spoken, don't heat too much in the way of rhythm, but then, what do I know about hip-hop? The music is very relaxing, and in fact now I listen to it a bit more closely I can hear the melody, as such, in the rap. It doesn't do much for me, but who's surprised? Is he talking about the way black men are viewed with such suspicion by whites when he says “There's the nigger”? The two times it stops for a half-second are off-putting. Conclusion: I liked the music. So, Love or Hate? Because of the music, it can get a Like. Possibility of looking into the album: 10% (maybe)
