![]() ![]() Title: Pink Artiste: Boris Genre: Experimental Track 1(Love) Bit frenetic, very energetic, very metal, very raw. Not bad. Track 2(Hate) This one's a little too raw. Don't like the shouting, sorry singing. Track 3(Love) Love this. Kind of grindy doom feeling about it. The change of tempo is great after the frantic pace of the first two tracks. Track 4(Love)This has a real seventies hard rock vibe to it Track 5(Love) This one's pretty good too: real hard rock feel about it also Track 6(Love) And we're slowing down again, with a kind of grindy blues track. Like this. Track 7(Love) Not mad about this one; a bit buzzy and a bit too raw but gets much better as it goes along. Actually changed this from Hate to Love. Track 8(Hate) Terrible. Just noise. I get that it's meant to be the sound of a jet afterburner, so ten out of ten for creativity, but minus several million for listening pleasure. Track 9(Love) This is just what I need after listening to a jet engine for four minutes plus: lovely laidback slow gentle instrumental. Given the title, I had not expected this. Beautiful guitar work. Plankton would love this I'm sure. Track 10(?) Okay, I'm just confused now. A lot of empty space then ...? Track 11(?) Because the YouTube I got seemed to have the tracklisting arse-about-face, I honestly don't know what I'm listening to now. But I like most of this. End result: A litle confusing; pity it wasn't on Spotify and I could have listened to the tracks in order. But a pretty good album from what I heard. So, Love or Hate? I'd put this down as a Love, sure Chances of a full review: 4/10
