You gonna rank the discography. And is Lambs Lie Down on Broadway your favourite (think it's mine, or Selling England by the Pound).

Hopefully it's not too soon for another rec:

I'm listening to the Glow myself now, and it actually doesn't sound that bad. It is pretty lo-fi, so maybe that had something to do with it. My analysis of this album is that it's very noisy, and so perhaps that's why Trollheart disagreed with it so much.

I will at the end, yes. My own particular favourite is between Wind and Wuthering, A Trick of the Tail, Duke and Trepass: I'm not as sold on Selling England as other Genesis fans are.

I will rank the discography at the very end, yes.

Noisy? I found it terribly quiet and almost ephermal at times...

You mean I have to put actual effort into it? My life is so hard!

Allright, so I found a spare moment and gave it a partial listen and I don't like it at all. There's some pretty neat moments here and there where the music sounds dark and dramatic enough for my tastes, but all of the acoustic guitar plink-plonking and the weak vocals and crappy sounding occasional drums do nothing for me. This vocal approach is just not my bag. I wish he had a more distinct voice, that he sang with more power, that he could stay in tune or that he at least could be a little weirder or a little more unhinged. His vocals are too nice to be interesting and he's too unskilled to sound good in a conventional sense. Except that's just my reaction. But I have bad taste, so don't listen to me

Come to think of it, he sometimes reminds me of the singer in Mew a little, except very bad.

I'm very picky with vocals, I can't help it.

Awesome album.
My guess is he'll have problems with some parts of the second track, but he might like it as a whole.
