Three requests

Starting a new thread for this, because I'm looking for three recommendations from three different genres, and the existing rec threads didn't deliver for me last time.

First request: I could use some Philly soul in my life.

Second request: I played Bob Marley's greatest hits yesterday. About half of it ("One Love", "Buffalo Soldier", "I Shot the Sheriff", etc.) I enjoyed, but the other half bored me to no end. Looking for some not-quite-as-repetitive reggae with interesting lyrics and melody.

Third request: No idea what genre this is, but something along the lines of David Bowie's Berlin Trilogy, the song "Heroes" in particular.
