The original version from Wednesday Morning, 3 A.M. would probably make my top ten.

My Bowie list ch-ch-changes a lot, but I keep coming back to "Changes", "Life on Mars?", "Young Americans", "Starman", and of course "Space Oddity"--all big hits.

If I'm going more obscure/underrated, it would be "Oh! You Pretty Things", "Five Years", "Diamond Dogs" (it's a hit, but still underrated), "Soul Love", and "Sound and Vision".
